Consumer Schedules

Metes are read by the Consumer using the Consumer App. The Instruction is sent directly to the Consumer. Instructions to Consumers do not have to be allocated, dispatched or assigned.  Refer to Consumer App for the processing of executing an Instruction.

The process relating to Consumer Instruction is the same as the process for any other Instruction. For example, QC Rules need to be set up, refer to Instruction Life-Cycle for details.  

On the Consumer Schedule, it is important to indicate that the Schedule is a Consumer Schedule. The Frequency and QC Rules need to be set up, but Charges, Penalties and Zones do not have to be set up.
