Rates and Payouts

Payment: A Utility or Contractor pays an Agent for the execution of Instructions based on Rates set up by the Utility or Contractor.

Charge: A Contractor charges a Utility for Instructions carried out on behalf of the Utility.

Penalty: Where the Utility penalises the Contractor for not successfully carrying out Instructions. This is deducted from the Payment.
