Consumer App
The Consumer App can be downloaded by anyone, however, access to the Consumer App is by Invitation only. The Invitation is always initiated by a pre-registered Organisation. The Consumer App enables invited Consumers to manage their utility consumption, usage behaviour, purchase, and payment. Purchases and payments are enabled by the use of the WeBill Wallet. Internet access is a requirement. The App will not work in offline mode.
Proper use of the Consumer App will allow the Consumer to maximize the use of his utilities cost-efficiently. Consumers have real-time access to their consumption and spending information.
A Consumer must be registered by an Organisation with the WeBill system before that Consumer can be invited to the Consumer App.
The same Consumer can be invited by more than one Organisation. In that instance, the Consumer needs to register only once on the Consumer App.
