Charges and Payouts
An Organisation maintains a set of rate tables. A rate table set is a Rate Group. Within the Rate Group, Rates are set up per Instruction Type (Rate Group Item).
Charges and Payments can be configured for each Rate Group Item. There are two sets of Rates, one for successful Instructions and one for Exceptions.
The Rates signify a monetary value per Instruction and Exception. The rates need to be designated in the currency of the Organisation. For example, if the Organisation's currency is ZAR (South African Rand) and the rate is 5 cents, the rate will be designated as 0.05.
Where the Rate for a successful Instruction and an Exception is the same, it is still a requirement to set up the Rate for a Read and the same Rate for an Exception.
