An Audit Form is required in order to execute an Audit Instruction. An Audit Form comprises a set of Audit questions referred to as fields that can be organised into sections. No two Audits are the same and thus WeBill allows the Utility to create unique Audit Forms to meet their needs. An Audit Instruction must have an Audit Form. No more than one Audit form can be assigned to an Audit instruction.
An Audit Form must have at least one Section. Sections have Fields, which are grouped under a Section with a common theme.
Configuring an Audit Form
- Fields are questions that can be added to configure the Audit Form.
- Fields are organised into Steps and can be further grouped into Sections.
- Steps determine the order in which the Fields must be completed when the Agent conducts the Audit.
- By default, Fields are sorted into Steps based on the order in which they are added to the Audit Form. The order of these Steps can be changed manually after the Fields have been added to the Audit Form.
- Fields can be organised into Sections. A Section is a group of one or more Fields. The Fields within a section will also be organised into Steps.
