Creating Instructions
Recurring Instructions are created within the context of Schedules. Refer to Schedules for details.
Ad hoc Instructions are created either manually or in response to certain events that occur within the WeBill platform. For example, an Audit Instruction might be triggered when a Meter does not report according to the frequency requirement that has been configured. Refer to Device Module.
