Instructions
Instructions are dispatched by a Utility to a Contractor or allocated by the Utility or Contractor to its Agents.
Instruction Categories
There are two types of Instruction Categories:
- Ad hoc: An Instruction that is not recurring and is created on an individual basis. For example, an Audit Instruction.
- Recurring: An Instruction that occurs at a predetermined time frequency. For example, a Read Instruction 1 x per month, for billing purposes.
Ad hoc Instructions cannot be forecast and set up in advance, whereas Recurring Instructions can.
