Rate-Based Penalty
There are two Rate Based Penalty options.
Fixed-rate
Flat rate per unsuccessful Instruction. Assume a flat rate of R 3.00 per unsuccessful Instruction and 10 unsuccessful Instructions. A Penalty of R 30.00 will be levied against the Charge.
Sliding Scale
The Penalty per unsuccessful Instruction is determined by the number of unsuccessful Instructions.
