WeBill Devices

All Devices need to be registered on the WeBill platform in the context of the Organisation. The exception to this is the WeBill IoT Smart Meters. The WeBill IoT Smart Meter is pre-registered on the platform and pre-configured on the IoT network. Currently the IoT network is the Sigfox Network.

The WeBill system will be unaware of any non-WeBill Meters, not registered on the system. Even though the WeBill Meters are pre-registered, they still need to be registered with an Organisation.

Proprietary WeBill Devices

The proprietary WeBill Devices are:

The WeBill single-phase Smart IoT Meter is SABS and ICASA-approved. This is a plug-and-play Meter, up to 100 AMPS with a relay.

The WeBill three-phase Meter, is SABS and ICASA-approved.

Water Meter, Sigfox transmitter. The transmitter is an IoT-enabled Device, sold and distributed by WeBill on behalf of Telbit. The transmitter converts a standard water Meter into an IoT Water Meter. This device will only work with Meters that have a 15 or 20 mm Volumetric Meterasthe preferred Meter.

All Devices need to be registered and linked.
