User
A User is a person with a unique email address, registered and activated within the Organisation. For a User to be functional in the system, at least one Role needs to have been assigned.
User Registration
On the registration of the Organisation, it is not mandatory to create a User. It is highly recommended and considered best practice to create at least one User and assign one or more Roles to that User.
The User Registration Process commences with an email invitation. The invitation is created by the Super User or any other User with the requisite permission.
During the User Registration Process, every User will sign the EULA.

The email address of a User cannot be changed.
Block a User
A User can be blocked from the system and once blocked, the user cannot log on to any Organisation. A manual process is required to block a User. Users will be automatically blocked if they enter the incorrect password 5 times in a row. It is possible to unblock a User. To remove a linked User from a Managed or Subsidiary Organisation, the User must be disassociated from the Managed or Subsidiary Organisation.
User Profiles
Every User can manage and update their profile. It is recommended that Users keep them up to date and upload a profile image.
Simultaneous Login
Simultaneous logins with the same credentials are not permitted in the system. This would be considered an abuse of the WeBill system, resulting in the suspension of the Organisation.
Should a second login with the same credential be attempted simultaneously, the system will not grant access to that attempt.
