Super User

Also referred to as System Administrator (Sysadmin), the Super User is created during the registration of the Organisation.

• The Organisation Registration Process verifies the uniqueness of the Super User’s email address.
• By default, the Super User has unlimited access to all functionality in the Organisation in which it was created.
• A Super User cannot be blocked.

Super User and Users

On registration of an Organisation, a Super User is created for that Organisation. There is only one Super User per Organisation. An Organisation can create other Users.
