The Consumer deposits funds into the Wallet. The Consumer cannot automatically withdraw funds from the Wallet. Under certain circumstances, a Consumer can request to withdraw funds from the Wallet.  The Withdrawal Procedure will have to be followed.

The Wallet maintains a list of transactions, similar to a bank account.  The types of Wallet transactions are as follows:

The Consumer has a unique Wallet account, into which money is deposited. The Consumer can top up the Wallet using the Consumer App. There are two payments methods:

  • Credit Card

  • EFT payment into the designated WeBill bank account.
