Forgot Password
The User needs to store the password securely. WeBill takes no liability for compromised passwords.
If a password has been forgotten, the Consumer can reset the password.
Forgot Password Process:
Step 1: Open the Consumer Application, on the Login page, select the Forgot Password hyperlink.
Step 2: Input the email address for the account you want to reset the password. Select the send password reset link button.
Step 3: An email will be sent to the email address provided, this email will contain a reset password token.
Step 4: Select the back to login button, to be taken back to the login page.
Step 5: Select the Forgot Password hyperlink again.
Step 6: This time select the change password button.
Step 7: Use the token provided in the email received in Step 3. Copy and paste the token on the field provided. Enter a new password, paying close attention to the password security rules. Confirm the password. Once complete, select the reset password and login button. This will take you back to the login page to log in with your new password.
