Registering as a new Consumer
Step 1: Receive an invitation from your Organisation. If you are not a WeBill Consumer, download the application and use the code provided to register.
Step 2: Open the application and select “Not registered yet? Sign up with your invitation code’’ hyperlink.
Step 3: Copy and paste the Invitation Code attached to the Invitation and select the Start Registration button.
Step 4: This will load the Registration form. Fill in your details in the given fields. Please note that all the fields are mandatory.
- Email address: This need not be the email address to which the Consumer Invitation was sent.
- Password: This is the password that will be used to log into the application once registration is complete.
- Confirm password: This is the retyped password, to ensure that the password has been entered correctly.
- First name
- Last name
Once all the fields have been filled in correctly, the continue button will be activated. Select the button to continue.
Step 5: Read through the EULA and the Consumer Agreement, once complete select the ‘’I have read & agree to the term & conditions” checkbox. Once selected the Accept & Continue button will be activated. Select the button to continue.
Step 6: A Registration email will be sent to the email address supplied. Use the code supplied in the email to verify your email address and confirm your registration in Step 7.
Step 7: Use the Code supplied in Step 6 to verify your email address. Supply the verification code in the space provided. Select the button to continue.
Step 8: If the verification code supplied in Step 7 is correct, you will be redirected to the login page and a registration success message will display at the top of the page. Log in with the email address and password created in Step 4.
