Step 1: On the Consumer Application landing page (Accounts screen), select the location icon on the navigation menu, to navigate to Locations and Meters.
Step 2: On this page, you will see all the Locations associated with your account. A consumer can be associated with more than one Organisation. The number next to the location icon is the number of Meters associated with that Location. Selecting the View Details hyperlinks, lets you see the Organisation details (see Step 3).
Step 3: Selecting the View Details hyperlinks, lets you see the Organisation details. These include the Organisation logo, Organisation name, Website address, Contact number and Email address.
Step 4: Selecting the Location takes you to the Locations page. On this page, you can see the location name and address that the Organisation it is linked to, the Meters associated with the Location, and the Add money to a Meter (see allocation step-by-step process). You also get to submit manual Meter Reads from this page (see manual Meter Read step-by-step process).
Step 5: On this page, you will see all the Meters associated with the selected Location.
