Legal
Every Organisation that registers with WeBill has to digitally agree to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
If a Parent creates a Subsidiary, it is assumed that the Parent User has to right to legally bind the Subsidiary to the Subscription Agreement. Should a Subsidiary challenge a Parent’s authority to bind the Subsidiary to the agreement signed by the Parent, WeBill will automatically suspend the Subsidiary.
Every new User making use of any WeBill software must sign the EULA.
During the Registration Process, it is recommended that the User reads the contract/s as the User is bound by every contract signed.
All WeBill contracts make provisions that the contracts can be amended at any time. All updated and amended contracts are made available on the WeBill website.
