Permutations

A Journal comprises all Rate Permutations based on the Tariff Charge composition. There is one version of Permutations per Data Capturer associated with a Tariff. There is one version of the final Rates per Journal.

Charge Permutations are determined by the following:

• Is the Charge Seasonal.
• Is the Charge TOU.
• Is the Charge Step.
• Does the Charge have one or more Qualifies.

The number of Journal Rate Permutations is the sum of all the Charge Permutations for the Tariff.
