• Account minimum balance

An Organisation can set up a minimum balance for its accounts. When an allocation occurs on the account, the amount available for all charges and payments on that account would be the balance less the minimum balance.

The available balance is crucial when applying prepaid charges. It is recommended to allocate more than the minimum balance so that the available balance is always greater than zero.
