For your prepaid meter to work, your account balance must be positive. Your meter will be turned off if you have a zero or negative account balance. Money can be loaded into the account through a transfer of funds from the wallet to the account.
Follow the steps below on how to transfer money to your account.
Step 1: Log into the application with your credentials.
Step 2: On the landing page select the 'Account Transfer' button.
Step 3: Select the account you wish to transfer to and put in the amount you wish to transfer.
Step 4: Click the 'Transfer' button.
Step 5: Confirm the transfer by clicking on the 'Add' button.
Step 6: Transfer completed successfully, click back to home.
On the home page under the transaction, you will be able to see the transfer
Your wallet balance will be reduced by the amount you have allocated.
