• How to pay levies

When the consumer logs onto the WeBill Consumer application, they will be notified of the levies to be paid.

Levies can be paid on any date after they are made visible on the WeBill Consumer App (per the payment schedule) or by the end of the month.

Follow the steps below on how to pay for your levies.

Step 1: Log into the application with your credentials.

Step 2: On the landing page select the 'Pay Levies' icon.

Step 3: Select the levies you wish to pay and click the 'Pay' button.

Step 4: Confirm the levy payment by clicking the 'Add' button.

Step 5: Payment was successful. Click back to home.

On the home page under the transaction, you will be able to see the levy payment 

Your wallet balance will be reduced by the amount you paid.
