To get the full benefits of the WeBill platform it is essential to plan and structure an Organisation’s Sites. This will ensure that the meters are located at the correct Site and linked to the correct Tariff and Consumers, Consumers are associated with the correct Units, and Units are arranged within the Site according to the correct hierarchy.

Proper planning and set-up of Sites give visibility into the payment and recovery of utilities at Organisation Sites.

A Portfolio is a grouping of Sites or Units. 

A Portfolio enables the reporting, analytics, market segmentation, revenue visualization, energy and water conservation management and geographical demarcation of utilities being consumed and paid for at Sites or Units.
