Follow the steps below on how to change your password.
Step 1: Open the Consumer App and click 'Forgot Password' Hyperlink.
Step 2: Type in your email address and press the 'Send Email' button to get a 'Reset Password Email' with instructions on how to reset your password.
Step 3: An email has been sent to you. Please check your email and follow the instructions.
Step 4: Click the 'Reset Password' button. This will take you through to our WeBill web portal platform where you will follow the instructions given.
Step 5: Create a new password. Type in your 'New' password and retype the 'New' password to confirm it, then click the 'Save' button.
Step 6: Sign in with your email address and the new password you just created and click the 'Sign in' button.
Step 7: You have successfully reset your password and will be redirected to the landing page of your Consumer App.
