The Consumer App enables invited Consumers to manage their utility consumption, usage behaviour, purchases, and payments. Purchases and payments are enabled by the use of the WeBill Wallet. Internet access is a requirement. The App will not work in offline mode.
Proper use of the Consumer App will allow the Consumer to maximise the use of his/ her utilities cost-efficiently. Consumers have real-time access to their consumption and spending information.
