• About alerts and notifications

Notifications are notices received by the consumer. Notifications are sent to both the Consumer App and the email address used in the Consumer App registration. 

Certain notifications are sent based on configurations made by the consumer on the Consumer App. Other notifications are sent automatically by the WeBill platform, having been triggered by a significant event.

Configurations are set by the consumer on the Consumer App. If the configurations are not set up, the consumer will not receive notifications relating to these configurations.
