Credit Card payments are supported by third-party payment providers.
WeBill will issue a monthly invoice and receipt to the Consumer reflecting the accumulated monthly deposit and/ or EFT fees levied against the Consumer for that month.
A history of all transactions can be seen on the App, and the Consumer can request on the app to have the Wallet statement emailed.
Follow the steps below on how to top-up your meter via Credit Card.
Step 1: Log into the application with your credentials.
Step 2: Select the 'Deposit' icon.
Step 3: Select the payment option 'Credit Card' and the Credit Card modal details window immediately pops up.
Step 4: Add the amount you need and select the 'Continue transaction' button.
Step 5: Select the 'Pay with Card' option.
Step 6: Enter your Credit Card credentials and select the 'Pay' button.
Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Home screen. The amount deposited will reflected in the 'Transactions' icon circled in red.
Step 7: You will receive an email receipt of the completed transaction.
